A short and simple book on a plan to get rid of sugar cravings. My downfall! There are 4 different plans for first timers, vegetarians, grain-free-ers, and one that excludes all dairy, greens and legumes. The rest of the book is recipes to get you through the detox. The best thing, in my opinion, is tht it's a 10-day diet and can be repeated every 2 or 3 months to help keep the sugar cravings at bay. If I had any willpower I would do it now, but I'll wait until after the holidays. A short and simple book on a plan to get rid of sugar cravings. My downfall! It has been a process trying to finish this book because I don't want to give up sugar even though it's not healthy.
I definitely want to read this book again and when I'm ready I'll succeed.

Sensible and easy to follow with journals and meal guides specific to a variety of diets - Vegetarian to gluten free and everything in between.

So Simple! So easy to read! So easy to use! 10-Day Sugar Detox is a great book to learn to detox your body from the terrible sugars. This book goes through the how's, why's, and even gives you a recipe book to give you really great meals and ladies deserts! You know we love our deserts! Check it out!

I know that detoxing is hard on the body and while I started to detox and decided I am not ready, as I got headaches and such, when I am ready to try again, I plan on using this great resource!
